为探索卫生技术队伍的最佳群体结构,以利于智力开发和投资,我们对全县卫生技术队伍的结构进行了调查,现分析如下:专业人员分类及能力判断依据 1.专业人员分类主要依据现有专业技术职称;2.能力判断主要依据职称、学历、在职教育和专业工作年限及实际工作能力;3.相当于医士职称人员中,包括35名年龄在50岁以上,1957年以来一直从事专业工作至今,具有中专水平而未定职称的中、西医生和护理人员。结构现状 1.人员结构:全县共有干部职工714名,其中卫生技术人员(包括管理干部)551名,占总数77.2%,平均千人中有卫生技术人员
In order to explore the best group structure of the health technology team to facilitate intellectual development and investment, we investigated the structure of the county’s health technology team. The analysis is as follows: Professional classification and ability judgment basis 1. Professional classification basis Professional skills titles; 2. Ability judgments are mainly based on job title, academic qualifications, on-the-job education and professional working life, and actual work ability; 3. Equivalent to medical staff titles, including 35 persons over the age of 50, has been engaged in professional since 1957 From now on, doctors and nurses in China and the West who have a secondary school level but have not yet been assigned a job title. Current status of the structure 1. Staff structure: The county has a total of 714 cadres and workers, including 551 health technicians (including management cadres), accounting for 77.2% of the total, with an average of 1,000 people including health technicians.
