本文从“说课”的内涵和教师教学能力的内涵以及高职高专青年教师教学能力提高的重要性和紧迫性进行研究,提出高职高专院校青年教师教学能力不容乐观的现状,并提出“说课”是促进青年教师教学能力提高的一种有效培养方法,青年教师的教学能力直接影响教学质量和效果。为全面提高高职高专院校教学质量和人才培养质量有着促进作用。
