先天性外耳道闭锁症是罕见疾病,其发生比例约为1:10000,在发病学领域中多数合并小耳症和中耳畸形,同时伴有内耳畸形者少见。病例:男性,12岁,主诉为右耳耳背。既往有小儿哮喘史。诊断为右耳先天性外耳道闭锁伴小耳畸形。
Congenital external auditory canal atresia is a rare disease, the incidence of about 1: 10000, in the field of epidemiology, most of the merger ear and middle ear malformations, accompanied by rare in the inner ear deformities. Case: Male, 12 years old, complained of right ear and back. Past history of pediatric asthma. Diagnosis of the right ear congenital external ear canal atresia with small ear deformity.
