众所周知,财务干部在部队整体的干部队伍中占据着重要的位置。财务队伍的素质和能力直接影响着部队的干部队伍建设。我党一直以来都致力于建立知识化和专业化的干部队伍。同时还要保证干部队伍的年轻化和革命化,提升干部队伍的整体素质,使得干部队伍能够经住考验,勇于担当。本文中,笔者主要对部队财务干部队伍的建设思路进行简要的阐述和分析,以供参考。
As we all know, financial cadres occupy an important position in the overall cadre ranks of the armed forces. The quality and ability of the financial team have a direct impact on the contingent building of the army. Our party has always been committed to establishing a cadre of knowledgeable and professional cadres. At the same time, we must also ensure the younger and more revolutionary ranks of cadres and upgrade the overall quality of the ranks of cadres so that cadres can withstand the test and take the courage to bear the weight. In this article, the author mainly briefs and analyzes the construction train of thought of the army’s financial cadres for reference.
