作者实验室的Ridley等1976年应用间接萤光抗体试验,以兰氏贾第鞭毛虫的包囊为抗原,从绝大部分兰氏贾第鞭毛虫病病人和吸收不良者,可检出一种血清抗体。该法至今尚不能作为常规的方法,因为难以获得令人满意的包囊抗原和还不能培养出它们的滋养体。这里介绍一种分离包囊的改进方法,可提供较好的抗原,几乎没有大便渣质和细菌。这种方法也能应用于类内其他包囊。先用醛醚法浓集含有适量包囊的粪便,但用水代替10%福马林。将6次浓集法取得的
Ridley laboratory in 1976 by indirect fluorescent antibody test to Giardia spp cysts as antigens, from most of Giardia lamblia disease patients and malabsorption, can detect a Serum antibody. This method has so far failed to be used as a routine method because of the difficulty in obtaining satisfactory encapsulated antigens and the inability to culture their trophozoites. Here is an improved method of separating the cysts that provides better antigens with almost no stool debris and bacteria. This method can also be applied to other cysts within the class.
