美国加州大学化学家依文斯等发现一个新方法,用有机钐络合物插入二个一氧化碳于碳-碳双键上,可以将一个链烯转变为一个双烯醇酯。他们是在进行双(五甲基-茂基)钐(Ⅱ)-双(四氢呋喃酯)[[C_5(CH_3)_5]_2~Sm(THF)_2]工作时发现这个反应的[J.Am.Chem.Soc.110,2772(1988)]。这种络合物的结构稍微与二茂铁相类似(二个平行的茂基团夹着一个铁阳离子)。这里是芳族五甲基一茂基团夹着一个钐阳离子。但钐络合物与五甲基一茂基团并不是每个都平行的,它们是倾斜的,让钐在2个四氢呋喃基上与氧结合。
According to a study by University of California, Irvine, a chemist, etc., a new method has been found to convert one alkene to one dienol ester by inserting two carbon monoxide on the carbon-carbon double bond with an organic samarium complex. They found this reaction when working with bis (pentamethyl-cyclopentadienyl) samarium (II) -bis (tetrahydrofurfuryl) [[C_5 (CH_3) _5] _2 ~ Sm (THF) _2] [J.Am.Chem Soc. 110, 2772 (1988)]. The structure of this complex is somewhat similar to that of ferrocene (two parallel metallocene groups sandwich one iron cation). Here is an aromatic pentamethylcyclopentadienyl group with a samarium cation. However, not all samarium complexes and pentamethylcyclopentadienyl groups are parallel, they are tilted so that samarium is bound to oxygen on two tetrahydrofuranyl groups.
