《中国计算机用户》年底的特刊上有个问题“:如果要让你用几何图形来表示IT规划,应该是个什么形状?三角形?圆形?还是方形?”问题比较奇怪,因为选择中的图形,不管是什么形状,都肯定是个封闭的图形。作者自己后面讲到为什么出这道题目,是因为他认为,规划之后不管还要经历多少个环节,都将是一个原始回归的过程,也就是说,企业制定IT规划不是一蹴而就的。这句在理!但仅仅注意不能一蹴而就,就可以做好IT规划吗,尤其在基础和经验都比较薄的中小企业。
