在对世界各国研发与教育投入状况及其绩效进行比较的基础之上,揭示了投资于研发与教育活动所能带来的巨大收益。随后,通过考察我国的研发、教育和创新活动开展现状,指出在研发和教育方面的投资不足和结构失衡,是我国现阶段在科学技术和经济发展中亟待解决的主要问题。
Based on a comparison of the state of R & D and education in various countries in the world and its performance, it reveals the tremendous benefits that R & D and education activities can bring. Afterwards, by investigating the status quo of China’s R & D, education and innovation activities, pointing out that under-investment and structural imbalances in R & D and education are the major problems to be solved urgently in science and technology and economic development in our country at this stage.
