阿司匹林是常用的退热镇痛药,苯巴比妥(鲁米那)是镇静催眠药,两者联用具有显著的降温作用,可解除患儿因高热引起的烦躁不安,但口服易引起胃刺激症状,患儿难以承受。为克服这一缺点,笔者将其研制成栓剂(取名阿鲁栓),经本院小儿科200多例高热患儿使用,安全方便,具有较满意的临床疗效。现介绍如下。
Aspirin is a commonly used antipyretic and analgesic drug. Phenobarbital (luminal) is a sedative and hypnotics drug. The combination of the two has a significant cooling effect and can relieve irritability in children due to high fever, but oral administration can easily cause stomach Irritation, unbearable in children.
