目的探讨细胞角蛋白(广谱)(CKP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胸腺瘤组织中的表达以及微血管密度(MVD)与胸腺瘤螺旋CT(SCT)表现的相关性。方法 84例胸腺瘤标本行免疫组化SP法染色,分析CKP、VEGF及MVD表达水平与其SCT征象之间的相关性。结果胸腺瘤组织CT强化幅度随VEGF表达水平和MVD计数的增高而增加;VEGF表达水平和MVD计数与胸腺瘤CT征象中的分叶征、尖角征/锯齿征、胸膜、心包及大血管侵犯有相关性;CKP与SCT个别征象有相关性,但与SCT恶性征象并无明显相关性。结论 SCT征象能在一定程度上反映胸腺瘤的病理学特点,有利于术前无创性评估肿瘤生物学行为。
Objective To investigate the expression of cytokeratin (CKP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in thymoma and the relationship between the microvessel density (MVD) and the performance of thymoma spiral CT (SCT). Methods 84 cases of thymoma specimens were immunohistochemically stained with SP method to analyze the correlation between the expression of CKP, VEGF and MVD and the signs of SCT. Results The intensity of CT enhancement in thymoma tissue increased with the increase of VEGF expression and MVD count. The expression of VEGF and the MVD count were correlated with lobulation, sharp cue / serrated sign, pleural, pericardial and macrovascular invasion in CT findings of thymoma There is correlation; CKP and SCT individual signs have correlation, but no significant correlation with SCT malignant signs. Conclusion SCT signs can reflect the pathological features of thymoma to a certain extent, which is helpful for noninvasive evaluation of tumor biological behavior before operation.
