铜─铅和铝合金轴承上电镀Pb─Sn和Pb─Sn─Cu镀层以改善初始磨合期的抗咬死性能。另外还提高了耐蚀性和有效疲劳强度。镀层中的锡往基体扩散,决定了镀层在其寿命期的性能,用耐蚀性、硬度、磨损和疲劳强度等性能可检验这种影响。对两种主要镀层作了对比、并探讨了选用镀层的准则。
Pb-Sn and Pb-Sn-Cu plating on copper-lead and aluminum alloy bearings to improve the anti-seize performance during the initial run-in period. In addition it also improves the corrosion resistance and effective fatigue strength. The diffusion of tin from the coating to the substrate determines the properties of the coating over its lifetime and can be tested with properties such as corrosion resistance, hardness, wear and fatigue strength. The two main coatings were compared and the criteria for selecting the coating were discussed.
