建国后,经过近四十年的努力,我国已基本建成较完整的工业体系,工农业生产有很大的提高。1986年,我国的一些主要产品产量已进入世界前列,如谷物、肉类、棉花、布、水泥,居世界第一位,煤居第二位,化肥第三位,钢第四位,原油、化纤和发电量居第五位。然而,总量进入世界前列的背后隐藏着我国的生产力水平和技术水平远远落后于西方发达国家的现状。通常认为我国的技术水平同发达国家的差距大约是二十年左右,个别领域中的技术
After the founding of the People’s Republic, after nearly 40 years of hard work, China has basically built a relatively complete industrial system with a great improvement in industrial and agricultural production. In 1986, the output of some major products of our country has entered the forefront of the world, such as cereals, meat, cotton, cloth and cement, ranking first in the world, second in coal rankings, third in chemical fertilizers, fourth in steel, Chemical fiber and power generation ranked fifth. However, behind the world’s total amount, the hidden level of productivity and technology in our country lags far behind that of the developed western countries. It is generally believed that the gap between the technological level of our country and that of developed countries is about 20 years or so. Technology in some fields
