Epithelial neovascular angiomyolipoma (EAML) is a subtype of angiomyolipoma (AML), a rare mesenchymal tumor. Because of the short-term EAML will appear other organ metastases, showing invasive biological behavior, and gradually lead to a new understanding of it, it is considered to have a malignant potential of the tumor [1-2]. This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 7 patients with EAML admitted to Department of Urology, Changhai Hospital, Second Military Medical University from December 2012 to March 2014.
