目前,研究经济法的理念与价值范畴,能够帮助我们进一步了解其本质,提炼认知其基本原则,对于我国社会经济与人们日常生活具有非常重要的现实意义。在经济法范畴内,针对经济分配与犯罪行为我国制定了一套科学合理的经济规范。研究经济法的理念与价值是学术界非常重要的研究内容,正确理解其理念与价值的范畴,对其形成系统、科学化的理论具有非常重要的发展意义。
