每年拨专款200万元提高津贴聘用干部先从优秀班主任中选拔本报讯(记者张兴华通讯员邵长宏赵德宝)“以前,班主任津贴相差不超过二三十元,但自从2006年学校对班主任实行职级管理以后,班主任津贴差距达到了近百元,我已经连续6个月班主任津贴都接近200元。2007年我还被评为市骨干系列高级一等班主任,每月享受220元的科研津贴。”谈起近年来班主任待遇的变化,山东潍坊高密市姜庄中学的刘传美老师满脸洋溢着自豪。
