成立高校资金结算中心是高校资金管理的重要创新举措,在教育体制改革不断深入的过程中,高校资金结算中心为实现高校资金的保值增值发挥了重要的作用。然而,随着我国财政性资金管理方式及新时期教育形势的发展,高校结算中心资金管理系统开始暴露出各种问题,其发展也受到了挑战。本文针对目前我国高校结算中心资金管理系统实施现状,分析了高校资金结算中心存在的问题,并提出完善我国高校结算中心资金管理系统的措施,以期为高校资金管理工作提供参考。
The establishment of university fund settlement center is an important innovative measure for university fund management. During the deepening of education system reform, the university fund settlement center has played an important role in maintaining and increasing the value of university funds. However, with the development of financial management in our country and the development of education in the new period, the capital management system of the settlement centers of colleges and universities has begun to expose various problems and its development has also been challenged. In this paper, according to the status quo of the implementation of the capital management system of the settlement centers in colleges and universities in our country, the existing problems of the capital clearing centers in colleges and universities are analyzed. And the measures to improve the capital management system of the settlement centers in colleges and universities in our country are put forward.
