1.姿势性休克:指妊娠晚期仰卧后出现不同程度的血压下降,伴恶心、头晕、脉快、面色苍白等。这种情形多在卧位后1～10分钟内发生,取坐位或立位时上述症状迅速改善或完全消失。常在妊娠末3个月发生,发生率约为2%。 2.产后血管舒张性虚脱:分娩后腹部减压造成内脏静脉突然扩张,回心血量骤然下降,导致血压下降,引起虚脱乃至休克。一般发生于产后24小时
