网络购物具有便捷、经济的优点,近年来,随着信息技术的不断发展,网络购物正逐渐成为年轻一族的重要购物方式,越来越多的网络交易纠纷随着网络购物的普及涌现出来。如何在保障市场交易顺利进行的前提下,妥善解决网络交易纠纷,保障好消费者的合法权益,成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文对网络交易纠纷产生的原因和特征、类型、解决方式等进行了介绍,并提出了相关诉讼制度保障措施。
In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, online shopping is gradually becoming an important shopping way for young people. More and more online transaction disputes have emerged with the popularization of online shopping. How to properly solve disputes over online transactions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers on the premise of ensuring the smooth progress of market transactions has become an urgent issue to be solved. This paper introduces the reasons and characteristics, types and solutions of online transaction disputes, and puts forward the safeguard measures of related litigation system.
