城市规划是一门综合学科,对于不同的阶层有着不同的意义,城市规划与公共政策是社会公共权威部门为解决社会公共问题或社会矛盾、调整社会经济关系而建立的社会生活依据,是提供给社会的行为规范、基本准则和行动指南,是政府实施宏观调控和社会管理的手段和工具。根据市场经济的需求和发展,特对我国现行规划政策的分析与评价,结合对城市规划公共政策价值取向的理解。论述《城乡规划法》实施后城市规划在公共政策方面的调整方向。
