采用醇水混合溶剂热法于180℃合成了正交相氧化铪纳米粉体,用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和红外光谱对其进行了表征。结果表明:采用合适的醇与水的体积比,可在较低温度(180℃)制备出正交相纳米氧化铪。对合成的正交相氧化铪纳米粉经500℃硼砂熔盐处理可制备出短棒状单斜相氧化铪粉体。
The orthorhombic hafnium oxide nano-powders were synthesized by alcohol-water mixed solvothermal method at 180 ℃, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the orthogonal phase nanostructured hafnium oxide can be prepared at a relatively low temperature (180 ℃) with the proper volume ratio of alcohol to water. The short rod-like monoclinic hafnium oxide powder can be prepared by treating the synthesized orthorhombic hafnium oxide nano-powder by 500 ° C borax molten salt.
