虚拟经济是以金融系统为主要依托,相对独立于实体经济的一种虚拟资本独立化运动和价格决定的经济形态,其本质内涵是虚拟资本以增殖为目的进行独立化运动的权益交易。虚拟经济的高流动性、高风险性、投机性和不确定性,常会滋生经济泡沫、诱发金融危机、危及经济安全、严重影响国民经济健康发展,因此必须采取措施积极应对。
The fictitious economy is a kind of virtual capital independent movement and price-determined economic form that is mainly based on the financial system and relatively independent of the real economy. The essence of the fictitious economy is the rights and interests transaction of independent capital for the purposes of multiplication. The high liquidity, high risk, speculative and uncertainty of fictitious economy often breed economic bubble, induce financial crisis, jeopardize economic security and seriously affect the healthy development of national economy. Therefore, measures must be taken to cope with it actively.
