发展是人类社会永恒的主题,更是当今世界的主旋律。而传统的以经济增长为中心的发展模式所带来的世界人口的急剧增长,南北经济的不平衡发展,资源枯竭,环境退化,生态恶化,已严重威胁到整个人类的生存与发展。基于对这种无节制经济增长造成的严重生态问题的反思,人类非常理智地提出了可持续发展思想。
Development is the eternal theme of human society and the main theme of today’s world. However, the rapid growth of the world population caused by the traditional economic growth-centered development model has led to a serious threat to the survival and development of mankind as a result of the unbalanced economic development between the north and the south, resource depletion, environmental degradation and ecological deterioration. Based on the reflection on the serious ecological problems caused by such unmanaged economic growth, mankind has proposed the idea of sustainable development with a very rational mind.
