随着世界经济和经济全球一体化的深入发展,越来越多的企业为了获得国外的低成本和广阔的市场,在利润的驱使下不断向海外发展。在企业国际化的发展过程中,企业文化作为企业不可或缺的一部分,势必会通过企业经营这一载体,进入到东道国。企业文化作为一个错综复杂的总体,受民族文化和国家文化的影响,而国家文化又包括了人类创造的一切文明成果。不同国家之间的文化差异显著,同一国家不同企业的企业文化也大有不同。文化的差异性是世界多样性的重要组成部分,这在企业经营全球化的过程中,是一个客观存在的问题。本文首先分析了文化冲突产生的原因,其次介绍跨国企业文化冲突的主要表现,最后,本文针对跨国企业的文化冲突问题提出三条应对措施。
With the deepening development of the global economy and the global economic integration, more and more enterprises continue to develop overseas under the drive of profits in order to obtain low-cost and vast markets abroad. Corporate culture as a complex overall, affected by the national culture and national culture, and national culture also includes all the civilized achievements of mankind. The cultural differences between different countries are significant, and the corporate cultures of different enterprises in the same country are also quite different. Cultural diversity is an important part of the diversity of the world. This is an objective problem in the process of globalization of business. This article first analyzes the causes of cultural conflicts, secondly introduces the main manifestations of the cultural conflicts of multinational corporations, and finally, this article puts forward three countermeasures for the cultural conflicts of multinational enterprises.
