目的采用中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎,观察其临床治疗效果。方法将诊断明确的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者40例随机分为两组,均采用柳氮磺胺吡啶分次口服,甲硝唑注射液保留灌肠,但治疗组同时配合自拟石诃肠安汤煎服。结果治疗组治愈13例,有效7例,无效0例;对照组治愈7例,有效10例,无效3例。两组有效率及1年后复发率均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论结果表明,中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好,既缩短了病程,又减少了西药的毒副作用,而且疗效可靠,复发率较低,值得推广。
Objective To treat chronic ulcerative colitis with Integrative Medicine and observe its clinical effect. Methods Forty patients with definite chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with sulfasalazine subcutaneously and metronidazole injection with retention enema. However, clothes. Results The treatment group cured 13 cases, effective in 7 cases, 0 cases invalid; control group, 7 cases cured, effective in 10 cases, 3 cases. The effective rate of the two groups and the relapse rate after one year were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05). Conclusion The results show that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis is better, not only shorten the course of the disease, but also reduce the side effects of Western medicine, and reliable, low recurrence rate, it is worth promoting.
