胶粉改性沥青作为一种性能优异的公路用路面材料,在国内外应用越来越多,但是胶粉改性沥青中的胶粉容易聚沉离析,从而导致胶粉改性沥青性能衰减而不能使用。笔者立足于等密度理论调节胶粉与聚乙烯的比例,通过双螺杆挤出机制备PR相容剂,来改善胶粉改性沥青的贮存稳定性,通过常规性能测试、流变分析、显微相形态分析等手段对高温贮存稳定的胶粉改性沥青进行了表征,结果表明:控制加工温度在180℃左右,在13wt%胶粉改性沥青中添加7wt%的PR相容剂,能制备出高温贮存稳定的胶粉改性沥青。
