The number of pesticides and their metabolites that pollute the environment is increasing day by day. Therefore, in order to provide a basis for evaluating the safety of various pesticides on vegetables, a multi-residue analysis method must be established. We have made some explorations of gas chromatographic methods for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues. Some of the contents are reported below.
