进行周围血白细胞分类是化验室的日常工作之一,它对血液病的诊断起着“边防哨所”的作用。临床上有些症状和体征不明显的血液病,往往在血片分类中有所表现。由此溯源作必要的骨髓穿刺和组织化学染色,结合病史即可确诊。为此,我们对白细胞分类及其在血液病诊断中的意义作了粗浅的探讨,并对基层检验人员在白细胞分类中存在的问题作了初步分析,现报告如下: 一、资料来源取1988年以来我院门诊及住院患者,临床资料完整,经骨髓穿刺及相应特殊检查而确诊的血液病病例
The classification of peripheral blood leukocytes is one of the daily tasks of the laboratory, which plays a “border guard post” role in the diagnosis of blood diseases. Some clinical symptoms and signs of blood disease is not obvious, often in the blood film classification performance.
