目的探讨99mTC—硫胶体全身骨髓显像对再生障碍性贫血诊断及预斤的价值。方法对42例再生障碍性贫血患者进行99mTC—硫胶体全身骨髓显像。99mTC—硫胶体剂量为9·17MBq/kg体重。根据显像结果对再生障碍性贫血进行分刑和预后判断,并与骨髓穿刺,骨髓活检进行对比研究。结果在42例再生障碍性贫血中,荒芜型2例、抑制型5例、灶Ⅰ型12例、灶Ⅱ型18例、正常型5例,骨髓显像类型与骨髓增生程度及预后明显相关(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论全身骨髓核素显像对再生障碍性贫血的诊断及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 99mTC-sulfur colloid whole body bone marrow imaging in the diagnosis and prevention of aplastic anemia. Methods A total of 42 patients with aplastic anemia were subjected to 99mTC-sulfur colloid whole body marrow imaging. 99mTC-sulfur colloidal dose of 9 · 17MBq / kg body weight. Aplastic anemia was divided according to the imaging results and prognosis, and bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow biopsy were compared. Results Among the 42 cases of aplastic anemia, 2 cases were of barren type, 5 cases of inhibition type, 12 cases of type Ⅰ, 18 cases of type Ⅱ and 5 cases of normal type. The type of bone marrow imaging was significantly correlated with the degree of myeloproliferation and prognosis P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion Whole-body bone marrow imaging has important clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of aplastic anemia.
