针对大坡度隧道内斜坡运管及管道安装困难的问题,通过多次模拟试验,研制出多功能管道运送组对小车,其采用遥控装置控制,液压升降装置具有横向和纵向调节能力,可以满足管道隧道内布管、卸管、组对等要求,成功解决了陡坡隧道内管道安装的施工技术难题。详细介绍了该方法的施工过程,西气东输二线工程东段第28标段密岭1#隧道管道施工使用该方法,比原计划提前16 d完成施工任务,相比传统的施工方法,有效缩短了工期,降低了施工成本,可以为类似的隧道内管道安装工程提供指导。
