通过轧制试验和OM、TEM观察研究了不同热变形参数对TA15合金片层组织球化过程的影响。结果表明:魏氏组织中α片层与β相薄层之间的变形不一致,随变形增加,能量聚集达到α相的晶界迁移和β相在片层α相内镶嵌所需变形激活能,即发生片层球化。变形温度为920℃时,α片内的位错在高温下更易发生动态回复,不利于片层α相的球化;变形温度为880℃时,TA15合金的显微组织球化率明显升高。
The effect of different thermal deformation parameters on the spheroidization of TA15 alloy sheet was investigated by rolling test, OM and TEM observation. The results show that the deformation between the α sheet and the β sheet in Wistar organization is inconsistent. With the increase of deformation, the energy accumulation reaches the grain boundary of the α phase and the deformation activation energy of the β phase inlaid in the sheet α phase, That is, lamellar spheroidization occurs. When the deformation temperature is 920 ℃, the dislocations in α-sheet are more easily recovered at high temperature, which is unfavorable for the α-phase lamella. When the deformation temperature is 880 ℃, the microstructure of TA15 alloy increases obviously .
