目的:建立一种运用拉曼光谱技术快速鉴别测定利巴韦林注射液的方法。方法:以利巴韦林原料以及注射液为研究对象,应用拉曼光谱方法快速鉴别利巴韦林注射液和测定其含量。结果:拉曼光谱方法可以鉴别利巴韦林注射液,并进行含量测定。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、可发展成为注射剂快速检测的分析方法。
Objective: To establish a rapid determination of ribavirin injection by Raman spectroscopy. Methods: Taking Ribavirin as raw material and injection, Raman spectroscopy was used to rapidly identify ribavirin injection and determine its content. Results: Raman spectroscopy can identify ribavirin injection and determine its content. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and can be developed as an analytical method for rapid detection of injection.
