目的观察并分析VEGF和miR-205及靶蛋白Ezrin和Lamin A/C在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析PCR法检测miR-205,Ezrin和Lamin A/C在卵巢细胞中(主要分为A、B、C 3组)的表达量;免疫组织化学检测VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2、Ezrin及Lamin A/C在石蜡标本中(主要分为A1、B1、C1 3组)阳性率;ELISA法检测VEGF在血清中(主要分为A2、B2两组)表达水平。结果 A组miR-205卵巢组织中表达水平比C组高,Ezrin及Lamin A/C表达水平比C组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A1、B1 2组VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2阳性率均比C1组高,且A1也高于B1组,同时A1组Ezrin及Lamin A/C在阳性率显著低于B1、C1 2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A2组VEGF血清标本中表达水平显著高于B2组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.63,P<0.01)。结论 VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌血清中表达水平及miR-205在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达水平均呈上升趋势;而Ezrin、Lamin A/C在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达呈下降趋势,说明VEGF、miR-205及靶蛋白Ezrin、Lamin A/C与卵巢癌侵袭、转移具一定相关性。
Objective To observe and analyze the expression and significance of VEGF, miR-205 and target proteins Ezrin and Lamin A / C in ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of miR-205, Ezrin and Lamin A / C in ovarian cells (mainly divided into A, B and C 3 groups) were detected by PCR. The expressions of VEGFR-1, VEGFR- And Lamin A / C in paraffin specimens (mainly divided into A1, B1 and C1 3 groups). The expression of VEGF in serum (mainly divided into A2 and B2 groups) was detected by ELISA. Results The expression of miR-205 in ovarian tissue of group A was higher than that of group C, while the expression of Ezrin and Lamin A / C was lower in group A than in group C (P <0.05) The positive rate of VEGFR-2 was higher than that of group C1 and A1 was also higher than that of group B1. The positive rates of Ezrin and Lamin A / C in group A1 were significantly lower than those in group B1 and group C1 (P <0.05) ). The level of VEGF in A2 group was significantly higher than that in B2 group (t = 27.63, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer serum and the expression of miR-205 in epithelial ovarian cancer all show an increasing trend. However, the expression of Ezrin and Lamin A / C in epithelial ovarian cancer shows a decreasing trend, indicating that VEGF , MiR-205 and target proteins Ezrin, Lamin A / C and ovarian cancer invasion and metastasis have a certain relevance.
