使用“T”字形热裂模具,通过Clyne-Davies模型对EW75镁合金热裂敏感性进行了预测,并与传统的AZ91镁合金进行对比。根据测试结果对形成热裂纹时的凝固温度和凝固收缩应力进行了分析。确定了EW75镁合金在不同模具温度和浇注温度下的热裂敏感性。采用X射线衍射对EW75镁合金的相进行研究。用扫描电子显微镜对断口显微组织进行分析。结果表明,EW75镁合金的热裂敏感性大于AZ91镁合金,提高模具温度和浇注温度都会降低EW75镁合金的热裂敏感性。
The thermal crack susceptibility of EW75 magnesium alloy was predicted by Clyne-Davies model and compared with that of the conventional AZ91 magnesium alloy. According to the results of the test, the solidification temperature and the shrinkage stress in the formation of hot cracks were analyzed. Determine the hot cracking susceptibility of EW75 magnesium alloy at different mold temperature and pouring temperature. X-ray diffraction was used to study the phase of EW75 magnesium alloy. The fracture microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the thermal cracking susceptibility of EW75 magnesium alloy is higher than that of AZ91 magnesium alloy. Increasing the mold temperature and pouring temperature will reduce the thermal cracking susceptibility of EW75 magnesium alloy.
