本研究对口腔医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训结合的实践教学体系及教学基地建设进行了探讨。从专业理论课程和教材建设入手，通过网络化系统建设，规范临床技能操作，同时加强基地组织管理，制定和完善规章制度，改善实践教学设备，选拔和培养专业化实践教学团队，引导专业学位研究生打牢专业理论知识基础，加强临床技能培训，为各级医疗机构培养具有良好的职业道德、扎实的医学理论、专业知识和临床技能，能够独立承担本学科常见疾病诊治工作的高层次口腔医学临床医师。通过实践基地的建设，在理论和实践教学、人才培养质量，以及教育教学改革方面取得了一定的成效，推动了人才培养质量的均质化和规范化。“,”The practice training system was discussed by constructing a training base for students combining graduate education of oral professional degree with resident standardized training.The objective of the practice training base construction was to train high-level oral clinical doctors with good professional ethics,well-founded medical theory and specialized knowledge,especially operative skills for medical in-stitutions.The construction contents of the practice training base included setting up professional theory curriculum,writing teaching material,constructing network system,improving training equipments,build-ing teacher team and establishing managerial system roles.It is made some effects on theory teaching, skilled practicing,personnel training quality and education reforming got by practice training base con-struction,and helping the homogenization and standardization of training quality.
