地区行业工业公司是地区工业在城市经济体制改革形势下的产物。两年多来,在地区工业经济发展中,地区工业公司发挥了一定的长处,起到了原单个街道工业所不能起到的一些积极作用。然而,当初极大多数地区工业公司的建立,毕竟主要是在外部条件影响下,通过采用“自上而下”的行政手段,将所在地区的街道工厂进行裁并组建而成的,因此,从公司建立的第一天它就不可避免地包含着行政性质的色彩。
Regional industry industrial companies are the products of regional industry under the situation of urban economic system reform.
