目的探讨不同疗程脑电生物(EEG)反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的疗效特点。方法对1999年9月至2002年6月北京大学精神卫生研究所门诊的20例7~15岁ADHD患儿进行EEG反馈治疗,于治疗前,治疗20、40次后,进行Conners儿童行为评定量表、韦氏记忆量表、数字划消和Stroop测试,并与正常对照组比较。结果治疗20次后ADHD患儿的临床症状无改善,短时记忆、数字划消第1、2段净分、Stroop色测验、颜色干扰时达到正常对照组水平(P<0.05)。治疗40次后,Conners躯体因子和焦虑因子、瞬时记忆、Stroop词测验时间、数字划消第3段净分继续改善,达到正常对照组水平(P<0.05);但长时记忆、Stroop词义干扰时、Conners行为因子、学习因子、多动因子和多动指数与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延长治疗时间,ADHD患儿的临床症状和认知功能进一步改善,治疗40次后,部分临床症状和认知功能可达到正常水平。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of EEG feedback in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Twenty healthy children aged 7-15 years old with ADHD were enrolled in this study. From September 1999 to June 2002, 20 children with ADHD were enrolled in this study. Before and after treatment for 20 and 40 times, Conners children’s behavioral assessment Wechsler memory scale, digital cancellation and Stroop test, and compared with the normal control group. Results After 20 times of treatment, the clinical symptoms of ADHD children were not improved. Short-term memory, number 1, 2 net score of stroke test, Stroop color test and color interference reached the level of normal control group (P <0.05). After 40 times of treatment, Conners body factor and anxiety factor, instantaneous memory, Stroop word test time, the third part of digital elimination continue to improve, reaching the level of normal control group (P <0.05); however, long-term memory, Conners behavior factors, learning factors, multiple factor and hyperactivity index compared with the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Prolonged treatment, clinical symptoms and cognitive function in children with ADHD further improved after treatment 40 times, some of the clinical symptoms and cognitive function can reach normal levels.
