通过对TN_LCD字朦的实际观测和静态电流测量,研究环境温度、驱动频率、驱动波型对字朦的影响。发现升高温度,降低频率,减少占空比会加速字朦出现。试验证实,升高温度、降低频率会增大TN_LCD盒中离子的聚集。
Through the actual observation and quiescent current measurement of the TN_LCD word dimming, the influence of the ambient temperature, the driving frequency and the driving waveform on the word dimming is studied. Found increased temperature, lower frequency, reduce the duty cycle will speed up the word Meng appear. Experiments confirmed that increasing the temperature, reducing the frequency will increase TN_LCD box ion concentration.
