子宫外孕是妇产科比较常见的急腹症之一,具有典型的症状和体征者诊断一般并不困难。但是有时遇到不典型病例,或因医生检查一时疏忽,极易与某些内科、外科疾病相混淆。因此,早期做到准确的诊断和鉴别诊断极为重要。我院自1982—04～1984—08,共收治子宫外孕患者13例,其中8例被误诊为其它疾病。子宫外孕误诊为急性阑尾炎3例,风湿性心脏病1例,盆腔炎1例,上消化道出血1例,不全流产1例,上感1例。误诊率为61.5％,现将其误诊原因作一初步分析。①询问病史不够全面,查体不仔
Ectopic pregnancy is one of the more common acute abdomen obstetrics and gynecology, with typical symptoms and signs are generally not difficult to diagnose. But sometimes encounter atypical cases, or because of a doctor for a moment negligence, easily confused with some medical, surgical diseases. Therefore, to achieve accurate early diagnosis and differential diagnosis is extremely important. Our hospital from 1982-04 to 1984-08, a total of 13 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, of which 8 were misdiagnosed as other diseases. Ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis in 3 cases, 1 case of rheumatic heart disease, pelvic inflammatory disease in 1 case, 1 case of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, incomplete abortion in 1 case, the sense of 1 case. The rate of misdiagnosis was 61.5%, and the reason for the misdiagnosis is now a preliminary analysis. ① ask history is not comprehensive enough, physical examination is not earners
