检察机关在深入推进公正廉洁执法的重点工作中,肩负自身公正廉洁执法和监督其他司法机关、行政执法机关公正廉洁执法的双重使命。为此,必须更加强调自觉接受外部监督。文章论述了外部监督的含义,检察机关为什么要自觉接受外部监督,检察机关接受外部监督的基本现状,进一步完善外部监督的思考,并以完善人民监督员制度为切入点,从三个方面提出建议。
In carrying out the key tasks of deepening fair and honest law enforcement, procuratorial organs shoulder the dual mission of just and honest administration of law and supervision of other judicial organs and administrative law-enforcement organs in a fair and honest manner. To this end, we must give greater emphasis to consciously accept external supervision. The article discusses the meaning of external supervision, why procuratorate should consciously accept external supervision, procuratorial organs accept the basic status quo of external supervision, and further improve the external supervision, and improve the people’s supervisor system as the starting point, put forward proposals from three aspects .
