根据国内外的测试资料,压气装药系统产生的静电电压,一般可达2.5~3万伏,有时可达10万伏。这给机械化装药爆破工作带来极大危害。当裸露的雷管脚线直接与带电药流和输药管接触时,在气候干燥,火药与输药软管绝缘很高的情况下,如果积累的静电能量超过雷管的最小引爆能量,就可能产生火花放电,从而引起雷管早爆。一般管体和引火头间的最小发火能量为0.14毫焦左右;脚线间为0.8~4.9毫焦;抗静电雷管为50~100毫焦。
