国务院发展研究中心研究员陈淮:义乌的发展是不是与当地政府的开明有关?我认为城市的发展不在于政府的开明,而是政府找准了自己的位置。深圳的迅猛发展就在于政府太小,而郑州市政府连卖馒头都要管起来,专门成立了个“馒头办”。权力深深地参与到经济活动中去,官员们可以捞的就太多了。
