本科旅游管理专业是新兴的专业、待成熟的专业,它的发展受到诸多学者的关注。从旅游产业的特点和发展来看,实践教学是旅游教育比较特殊的一个方面。而目前的本科和专科教育对有些人来说有所混淆,所以笔者认真地思考了旅游管理专业本科的实践教学情况。从其指导思想、实习内容、保障条件方面进行了探讨,在时间、目的和考核等方面进行了具体的安排,并在细节处分析了本科和专科实践教学的区别。
Undergraduate tourism management is a new specialty, to be mature professional, its development by many scholars attention. From the characteristics and development of tourism industry, practical education is a special aspect of tourism education. The current undergraduate and junior college education for some people have been confused, so I seriously consider the tourism management undergraduate practice teaching. It discusses the guiding ideology, the content of internship and the guarantee conditions, and makes specific arrangements in terms of time, purpose and assessment. At the details, it analyzes the differences between undergraduate and specialist practice teaching.
