采用 Dimension chemical chemistry system和终点法分别检测 66例窒息新生儿尿酶活性 ,并与 2 4例健康新生儿对照。结果 :与正常组相比 ,轻度窒息组尿中 N-乙酰 - β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶 ( NAG)、乳酸脱氢酶 ( L DH)、γ-谷胺酰转肽酶 ( γ- GT)的活性显著升高 ( P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;与轻度窒息组和正常对照组相比 ,重度窒息组尿中上述指标的活性也显著升高( P<0 .0 0 1 )。提示 :尿酶活性变化可以作为反映窒息后肾损伤的早期指标
Dimension chemical chemistry system and end point method were used to detect urinary enzyme activity in 66 neonates with asphyxia and 24 healthy neonates. Results: Compared with the normal group, the levels of urinary NAG, lactate dehydrogenase (L DH) and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ- GT) activity was significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with mild asphyxia group and normal control group, the activity of above index in severe asphyxia group was also significantly increased (P <0. 001 ). Tip: changes in urease activity can be used as an early indicator of renal damage after asphyxia
