随着社会经济的不断发展,经济适用房运行过程中出现了许多问题,特别是对“经济适用房建或不建”,“有没有过剩”这两个问题的讨论更是热点中的热点,笔者将对这两个争议问题提出一些看法。
With the continuous development of social economy, many problems have appeared in the operation of affordable housing. In particular, the discussions on the issues of “affordable housing construction or non-construction” and “there is no excess” are hot spots in the hot spots. I will put forward some views on these two controversial issues.
