集体食物中毒以发病急,病员多为其特点,给急诊抢救工作带来一定的困难,我院急诊科1997年8月30日晚,一次接诊急性食物中毒患者35人,实施了成功的抢救,现报告如下.临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组病人35例男性16人,女性19人,年龄14~42岁,平素健康.中毒者均在职工食堂进食变味鸭蛋炒韭菜,1/2~2h后全部发生中毒症状,未进食者无中毒症状.1.2 临床表现 35例患者均神志清楚,呈急性胃肠炎表现.上腹部或脐周阵发性绞痛,恶心、频发呕吐胃内容物,腹泻稀水样便,无里急后重感,伴头昏乏力.体检:平均体温36.8℃,脉搏70次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压13.33/7.99kPa(100/60mmHg),最低者8.66/5.33kPa(65/40mmHg).均有不同程度剑突下、
