提出一种图像不变矩法和直方图分析法相结合的缺陷识别方法.首先,利用图像不变矩方法,通过形状识别,将裂缝从固体发动机缺陷中提取出来;然后,利用直方图分析法,计算出气泡和夹渣像素值所在的灰度区间,将气泡和夹渣区分.从而实现固体发动机缺陷的自动分类识别,解决了现有技术中通过人工判决缺陷而导致的识别效率低、准确性差的问题,保证了固体发动机的性能.
