“你想有激情浪漫的邂逅吗?……快快发短信XX到XXXX立刻开始超时空爱情,与全国百万会员同欢乐”;“恭喜你,XX公司举办XX活动,你的手机号码中了头奖,奖金为……,咨询电话……”;“本公司现有一批海关没收的汽车……”;“本公司经营各种枪支、代人讨债等业务……”。相信绝大多数手机用户对这些短信一定不会陌生。随着我国短信业务量的不断加大,五花八门的骚扰短信也铺天盖地而来。这些短信在用户不清楚、不了解的情况下,就直接发送给了用户,是否违反了相关法律法规,并影响到了人们正常的通信?
“Do you want to have a passionate romantic encounter? ... quickly texting XX to XXXX immediately start Macross love with millions of members across the country ”; “Congratulations, XX company held XX activities, your cell phone Number of the first prize, prize money ... ..., telephone inquiries ... ... ”“ The company has a number of customs confiscated cars ...... ”;“ The company operating a variety of guns, debt collection and other business ... ... ”. I believe the vast majority of mobile phone users will not be unfamiliar to these messages. As China’s growing volume of SMS, a wide range of harassment messages are overwhelming. These messages in the user is not clear, do not understand the circumstances, it is sent directly to the user, whether the violation of relevant laws and regulations, and affect the normal communication?
