目的:了解和评价宁洱县人群麻疹免疫抗体水平及预防控制措施的效果,为制定控制和消除麻疹措施提供科学依据。方法:按照分层和整群抽样的原则,随机抽取3个乡镇9个监测点,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对1147名8月龄-18岁以上健康人群进行麻疹IgG抗体检测。结果:1147名健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率97.30%,保护性抗体率72.45%。18-23月龄与18岁以上两个年龄组比较保护性抗体阳性率有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻疹保护性抗体率随着年龄增长逐渐下降,因此,应加强大年龄组麻疹疫苗的加强免疫工作。
Objective: To understand and evaluate the effect of measles immune antibody in Ning’er population and the preventive and control measures, and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of measures to control and eliminate measles. Methods: According to the principles of stratification and cluster sampling, 9 monitoring points in 3 townships were randomly selected, and 1147 measles IgG antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 1147 healthy people aged from 8 months to 18 years old. Results: The positive rate of measles antibody in 1147 healthy people was 97.30% and that of protective antibody was 72.45%. The positive rate of protective antibodies between 18-23 months old and 18 years old and above was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The rate of protective antibody in measles decreases gradually with age. Therefore, we should strengthen the intensive immunization of measles vaccine in large age group.
