采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心ELISA法,分别检测伴有特应性皮炎的哮喘患者20 例、无皮炎的哮喘患者25 例和健康对照组(29 例)的红细胞C3b 受体花环率(RBCC3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBCICR)和血清可溶性白细胞介素2 受体(sIL2R)的水平。结果表明:全部哮喘患者RBCC3bRR明显低于对照组(P< 005),sIL2R高于对照组(P< 0001),平均RBCICR与对照组相比无显著性差异(P> 005);20 例伴有特应性皮炎患者的RBCC3bRR 和sIL2R 变化更明显(P<0001),同时RBCICR较对照组和无皮炎的哮喘患者均有显著性差异(P< 005)。相关分析显示哮喘患者的sIL2R与RBCC3bRR之间呈明显负相关(P< 001),伴有特应性皮炎的哮喘患者的sIL2R与RBCICR呈正相关(P< 005)。认为红细胞免疫功能和T细胞活化异常是支气管哮喘和伴发特应性皮炎的重要特征,T细胞活化与红细胞免疫功能之间存在一定的关联性,检测这些指标对于了解哮喘病情特点有一定价值
Erythrocyte rosette test and double antibody sandwich ELISA method were used to detect erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate in 20 patients with atopic dermatitis asthma, 25 patients without dermatitis and 29 healthy controls (RBC C3bRR), erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate (RBC ICR) and serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) levels. The results showed that the RBCC3bRR of asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <005), sIL2R was higher than that of the control group (P <0001), and the average RBCICR was not significantly different from the control group (P> 005). The changes of RBCC3bRR and sIL2R in 20 patients with atopic dermatitis were more obvious (P <0001), meanwhile RBCICR was higher than those in control group and dermatitis-free asthma patients There was a significant difference (P <0 05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between sILR2R and RBCC3bRR in asthmatic patients (P <001). There was a positive correlation between sIL2R and RBCICR in asthmatic patients with atopic dermatitis (P <001) 05). It is considered that erythrocyte immune function and abnormal T cell activation are important characteristics of bronchial asthma and associated atopic dermatitis. There is a certain correlation between T cell activation and erythrocyte immune function, and the detection of these indexes is of certain value for understanding the characteristics of asthma
