采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,探讨六盘水不同社会阶层成年人健康行为研究,研究结果:六盘水不同社会阶层的成年人体质一般的居多,不同社会阶层成年人自身体质评价分布存在显著性差异,不同阶层成年人的食用油炸、甜食比较集中每周1~4天之间,早餐食用次数大多数是在5、6、7次左右,外出就餐的次数基本上在0~4天,大多数人是处于步行的交通方式,集中小强度体育锻炼、静态活动锻炼方式上,不同社会阶层成年人在营养状况、交通方式、睡眠、锻炼方式上存在显著性差异,旨在提高六盘水不同社会阶层成年人健康生活水平,养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,为全民健身运动的可持续发展提供一定的实用参考价值。
